Co-Op Agent and Client Registration
INSTRUCTIONS: When you register and take part in The Reserve Co-Op Program, you and your clients can work directly with one of our dedicated sales team members. You can rely on us as the primary contact or you can act as the go between – it’s up to you.
STEP 1: Co-Op Agent Registration – one time only – using the Agent Registration form below.
STEP 2: Client Registration – one time for each client – using the Client Registration form below.
The information you provide will be securely stored in our database and CRM, and you will be linked to your client as the cop-op agent of record with The Reserve.
STEP 1: Co-Op Agent Registration
Complete and submit the form below to register as a Referring Co-op Agent for The Reserve. You will receive an email confirmation of your agent registration.
Broker/Agent Statement: By submitting the form below you agree to the Co-Op Program Guidelines which you can review here. By registering as a referring broker/agent you represent that you are licensed as a Real Estate Broker/Agent or Salesperson under the laws of the State of California.
Please note you only have to register one time as a Referring Co-op Agent. To register your clients, use the Client Registration form in the next section to register your clients and you as their agent.

Complete and submit the form below to register your clients and you as their real estate agent. You will receive an email confirmation of your client’s registration.
Please note that you should use the Client Registration form below as many times as needed to register additional clients and you as their real estate agent.
