The Reserve Residences Co-Op Program Overview

We appreciate your interest in working with us on The Reserve Residences – Mammoth’s New Luxury whole ownership Residences. We believe that working with real estate professionals like you is key to the success of this project and we invite you to participate in our Co-Op Agent Program. 

When you take part in The Reserve Co-Op Program, you and your clients can work directly with one of our dedicated sales team members. You can rely on us as the primary contact with your client or you can act as the go between – it’s up to you. 

When a sale is made to one of your registered clients, you will earn a 2.5 % commission as detailed in our Co-Op Program Terms and Guidelines. To review the Program Guidelines, click here.

As a next step, you can register your clients and you as their agent. Your contact information and your client’s contact information will then be linked in our secure database and CRM. To register, click here.
