Q: What is the Co-Op Agent Program commission rate?
A: You will earn a commission of 2.5% at close of escrow subject to the Co-Op Agent Program Terms and Guidelines which you can review here.

Q: What are the prices and sizes of the homes at The Reserve?
A: Prices range from $2,195,000 to over $4,000,000. For more information on the homes, please see The Reserve Project Documents which you can access here. For specific pricing on individual homes, register here.

Q: Is this project built or presale?
A: The Reserve is beginning its first phase of construction while launching presales of the first development phase.

Q: When will construction be finished and the homes ready for move-in?
A: The first phase of construction is scheduled to complete in early 2024.

Q: How many homes are there?
A: There will be 30 homes in total being released for sale in phases. The first phase includes three luxury single family homes and three luxury duplex villas. For more information on the homes, please see The Reserve Project Documents which you can access here.

Q: Where is this project located?
A: The Reserve is located within the Mammoth Resort area in California. The homes are situated in an exclusive gated community just moments from the ski hill, village, and all of the natural splendor and amenities Mammoth has to offer.

Q: How do I know I’ll be properly associated as the broker/agent of record when I refer clients to The Reserve?
A: We take a number of steps to make sure you are properly listed as the co-op agent for your client(s): 

First, the registration process allows you to provide your details and your client’s details which directly links you as the co-op agent for that client in our database and CRM. 

Second, if for some reason one of your clients finds our website before you register them, all of the web forms on The Reserve website require prospects to enter their realtor’s name before they can submit the form and contact us. 

Third, prospects that call us are all asked if they are working with a realtor – if they are, we enter the name of the co-op agent into our database and CRM.

Q: How does the referral registration process work?
A: You simply register online using our Co-Op Agent and Client Registration forms. Enter your information and your client’s information and you will receive immediate confirmation by email that both you and your client are registered in our database and CRM. Next, you’ll be contacted by a member of our sales team to welcome you and talk about the client(s) you’d like to refer to The Reserve. For more information about the process, click here. Q: How do you care for my client(s)?
A: Like you, our sales team is made up of real estate professionals, many with decades of experience advising and caring for clients. When you register and take part in The Reserve Co-Op Program, you and your clients can work directly with one of our dedicated sales team members. You can rely on us as the primary contact or you can act as the go between – it’s up to you. For more information about the process, click here. Q: How do you keep in contact with me and my client(s) during discovery, construction, and during and after closing? 
A: During the discovery phase while your client is exploring the possibility of ownership at The Reserve, we will be in direct contact to answer questions and schedule onsite tours. Post-purchase and during construction, we send regular updates to you and your client(s) and our team is always available to answer questions and provide updates by phone, email, and in person. During closing, we will work with you and your client to ensure all of the details are taken care of. After closing, we will be in contact with you and your client(s) to ensure all is well. Q: Where do I get marketing materials that I can use to share with my clients and promote The Reserve?
